BYC Ventures Partners With CeQureX for Post-Quantum Blockchain Infrastructure

Blockchain infrastructure firm BYC Ventures announced a formal partnership with Taipei-headquartered cybersecurity company CeQureX to integrate post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure into its systems.

The collaboration focuses on strengthening the technical framework of Lumen, an operating system developed by BYC Ventures to anchor and maintain verifiable records for institutions. CeQureX specializes in quantum-safe architecture and cryptographic modernization across both on-chain and off-chain digital environments.

Implementation of Quantum-Safe Architecture

According to the press release submitted to BitPinas, the partnership is intended to provide dedicated specialist oversight to BYC Ventures’ existing infrastructure. The integration aims to secure long-term data verification for procurement documents, audit trails, public finance records, and compliance reports across changing administrative terms.

“Together, we are building a path toward a secure, quantum-ready, and verifiable future,” Paul Soliman, Chief Executive Officer of BYC Ventures, stated. “BYC is fully committed to accelerating all efforts required to achieve quantum readiness, turning that commitment into real-world implementation.”

Regional Infrastructure Expansion

CeQureX maintains operations across Asia, focusing on quantum-safe technologies and cybersecurity readiness for enterprise, institutional, and public sector applications. The company conducts risk assessments on legacy cryptographic structures prior to deploying updated protections.

The agreement follows several infrastructure deployments by BYC Ventures, which also operates under the name BayaniChain Tech Inc. The company previously developed the blockchain system utilized by the Philippine Department of Budget and Management to secure and verify national budget documents, and recently partnered with the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to digitize secondary mortgage operations.
