New Prontera Technologies Corp. announced July 29 the public rollout of “Hacker House,” a build-in-public docu-reality series following the developers and founders behind disaster-resilience platform Bagyo.app and the Autonomous Emergency Reporting Intel System (Agent AERIS).
The series documents the development, testing, and community feedback processes involved in building disaster-preparedness software. Short-form updates, long-form episodes, and livestreams will track product sprints, technical reviews, and field tests across social platforms.
Series Focus and City Pilot
The initial story arc of Hacker House focuses on Bagyo.app, a public reporting system designed to aggregate geolocated citizen reports, official hazard data, and AI-assisted verification. The platform aims to complement official systems, including the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and local disaster risk reduction offices.
On June 18, New Prontera conducted an early access pilot with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Naga City. The exercise involved more than 80 youth leaders from 27 barangays testing reporting flows and dashboard views. The activity was limited to an SK Federation pilot and does not constitute a formal deployment, integration, or endorsement by the Naga City Government.
Distribution and Partner Rollout
Teasers for the series have been published online. New Prontera stated that full release schedules, guest mentors, live components, challenge mechanics, and partner announcements will be disclosed in separate updates.
